   I was on that same trial JNJ - 31001074 and have used Concerta, Strattera and other medications for ADHD. So I know I was not taking either of those. It had to be the test medication.

   I too experienced muscle tightness as well as chest pain. To get rid of the pain I would hit my chest really hard and it made the pain go away.

   I also experienced interpreting objects around me as being something other than what they are. I had to keep telling myself those things are a chair, a clock or a table (example of the items that I felt fear for while on the trial medication).

   Or once I saw keys and I thought it was a spider but I had to keep reminding myself it was keys in order to counteract the fear I felt.

   All of that was too weird for me and the chest pain scared me so I dropped out of the trial. And I do not nor have ever used illegal drugs. Being in this trial, I can now relate to what people describe as a "trip."
